Framing Your Prints Preview

February 19, 2013  •  Leave a Comment

Did you know that all clients / customers can purchase framed prints from my website?  It's true!  When you purchase your print(s) from my website, you can purchase a frame, mat, and type of glass options as well.  Just click on the photo you want to purchase a print of via the "Buy" button, click on "Prints," click on the size of the print you want to purchase, click on "Add to Cart," click on "Preview and Configure [Size] Print," and click on "Frame or Mounting" and select the style of frame you would like to purchase (note: a small photo of each style of frame is shown).  Then you will see a large preview of the print with the style of frame you selected.  You can click on "change" under the "Frame or Mounting" section to choose another style of frame if you don't like the one you selected and the new selection will be displayed around the print.  Notice that you can also select a "Mat" and/or "Glass" options. IMPORTANT NOTE: Metallic prints do not have the "Mat" and "Glass" options, so be sure to select "Color" under the "Paper Type" section to have the "Mat" and "Glass" options displayed under the "Frame or Mounting" section.  This maybe due to the printing lab's special processing for Metallic prints.  I will be checking with the printing lab to see if these options will be available in the future for Metallic prints.  As an example, I selected the "Peacock" photo under my "Animals" gallery and selected the "Gold Ornate Frame" option with the "Mat" in "Black" - see my example on this blog posting.  Previews are displayed for all prints with your frame and mat selections to help clients and customers with their purchase.

If you have any questions, the please feel free to send me an e-mail and I be glad to answer your questions.  Also, if for any reason you don't like you purchase once you receive it, then please contact the customers service phone number provided in the box about exchanges / returns.  They will be happy to assist you.

Hope you had a wonderful St. Valentine's Day and a great February!
